River's edge - 6x6 plein air pastel.
Rocks and weeds, II - 12x12 plein air pastel.

Day three of the paint out was at a beautiful location Martha McClain Anza Narrows in Riverside. There were beautiful vistas of the mountains around us, and a great rivers edge. the first two paintings of the morning were not great, so I have not posted them, I however painted this little 6x6 that is passable, then in the afternoon I went to the spot where these beautiful rocks are located. I painted these last year, with great success, so I decided to try them again, but try to focus a little different from last year. So here is "Rocks and weeds, II".
