Today I traveled with three great friends (Lilli Miles, Terry Chacon & Barbara Parrish), to paint the Poppie fields near Lancaster, CA. We were absolutely excited to see the blooms that were everywhere as far as the eye can see. The vistas with the snow capped mountains, were captivating. We were all so very inspired by the beauty around us. What a great day. Will post the paintings on another day, but I am happy I did three plein air paintings.
