Today I painted at Carmel Beach. The weather was absolutely clear and perfect the dunes were so beautiful. Lot's of wildflowers, and blooming ice plant. I was joined by artist Terri Ford, who drove down from San Jose for the day to paint with me. What fun! We both panted two paintings, and had a great lunch in Carmel to boot. 
My good friend Lilli Miles hung out on the beach and dunes, while we painted. What more could a person ask for, great friends and wonderful painting locations, I did not want to stop, but all good things must end. I might come back here before we leave. Love it, love it, and Terri, you made the day perfect, it was fun painting with you again.
