Me with one of my paintings, can you see Desiree taking the photo?
Two great artist friends Terry d. Chacon and Susan DeArmond. It was nice to have you at the reception.
On Sunday was the reception for a show that nine of us Pastel Artist are feature at. The show was sponsored by the Pastel Society of Southern California and was at a great location, the Colortec Salon and Gallery, at 24247 Hawthorn Blvd., Torrance, CA (310) 373-6717. Each of the nine artists has about six or seven paintings in the show, and the they will be up until October 10, 2010. Do get by and see this exhibit, as it is a great show of only pastel paintings. This is such a great by unexpected location for a art gallery. The building is a historic house with a very interesting past, and is a beautiful setting for a Salon and Gallery. Thanks to Robert Allan the owner for having this great venue, and supporting the arts, especially our art.
