Last Saturday, my Plein Air group PAAR, went on a wonderful field trip to "King of Frame"
www.kingofframe.com , and were given a wonderful welcome and framing workshop by owner, Randy Higbee. It was a wonderful morning so after the workshop we all went down, to Newport Back Bay, and painted our hearts out. It was a beautiful day, with the sun shinning through the clouds, and the light shinning on the water, and some of the rocks. We ended the day by going back to King of Frame, for chili and wine and cheese. Randy complete the morning workshop by comparing frame styles and colors on our paintings. Thanks Randy, what a great day.
