Maloof Foundation - Plein Air Exhibition- 9/6 to 9/27/08

The Plein Air Artists of Riverside have been busy painting at the Maloof gardens for about the last year. Due to these numerous painting trips the the lovely gardens, the Maloof Foundation is hosting a show of the paintings starting, September 6 - September 27, 2008, Thursdays and Saturdays from 1:00 -4:00 PM. Reception and awards will be on September 13th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. I have three paintings at this exhibit, and will be at the reception. Hope to see you there. It has been a very pleasant experience painting during different seasons at these fabulous gardens. Women Artists of the West: Moutain Summertime Show

I am again honored to be a part of the Women Artists of the West show, in Pinetop, AZ. The show is at Joyous Lake Gallery and will be on exhibit from August 30th to September 20th, 2008. Featured Artist - Redlands Art Association Gallery

I will be the Featured Artist at Redlands Art Association Gallery, at 215 E. State St., Redlands, CA. The show will be up from 8/23/08 to 9/12/08, phone # at the gallery is (909)792-8435. For this show I have primarily focused on recent paintings I have done in the Redlands area. I have started a series of paintings focusing in on Eucalyptus trees. I love the bark of the Eucalyptus, and the variety of colors of the tree bark, and the light is spectacular when it hits the tree. These trees also have a majestic quality to them, not only in size and age, but in appearance. At the show, I will be exhibiting three of these paintings. .
